ice3359 工业总线板 的使用问题

大家好，我买了 www.ti.com.cn/.../tmdsice3359   工业通信板，想做ethercat 的开发，根据使用手册，安装了ccs6.1.0 。但是想通过usb接口下载程序时，提示仿真器连接不上开发板，查看设备驱动，发现列表里  ICE-EVM_V2\XDS100V2 前面打一个感叹号 ，请大家帮忙看看，谢谢！

The cause may be one or more of: invalid XDS100 serial number,
blank XDS100 EEPROM, missing FTDI drivers, faulty USB cable.
Use the xds100serial command-line utility in the 'common/uscif'
folder to verify the XDS100 can be located.

    在安装CCS6.1的时候，你有选择安装Sitara ARM系列的产品支持吗？

    一般来说，如果你正常安装了ARM相关的产品的话，这个FDTI的driver是默认安装了，也就是说插上了USB就应该能被识别、使用才对。

    如果没安装好，你可以重装一下CCS，或者直接下载这个driver直接手动安装使用，地址如下：

    steven,您好，感谢回复。我安装时是全部选择的，在ccs的安装目录下也看到了xds100的驱动，但就是不能识别，我手动指定目录去搜索驱动也不行，下载了你说的这个驱动，指定目录搜索还是不行。  但换了台32位机的win7重新安装ccs，可以识别到。难不成我要重装系统？  本本是thinkpad win7 64 机。
