这个可以使用TI的CCS IDE开发环境，建立简单的工程开始。根据芯片的对应memory map，以及对应寄存器地址，可以轻松控制芯片运行的工程。

你写个简单的例程，在CMD文件中，把程序都分配到芯片内部RAM，不分配到外部RAM，试试看
