1，DSP LIB一般都是C语言写的。你可以修改，重编译的。参考user guide即可。
2，主频计算，是通过外部晶振输入，内部PLL寄存器配置，这两者放一起然后计算得出的。

芯片都有一个管脚是时钟输出管脚，clockout，可以测量他的频率。然后在根据它的PLL配置，推算出主频。以验证主频是否配置正确。
