C6416烧程序到flash问题

tms320c6416tclz的DSP，把程序烧写到flash后下电再上电，程序跑不起来。等过个2天，程序就能跑起来了。重新把程序下进去，下电再上电程序又跑不起来，过几天再试又好使了。这是不是DSP的问题？（复位电路和flash的读写经过测试都没有问题）
