求助帖：自己画的板子，使用菊花链连接两个DSP 在CCS的“Target Configuration”中，测试连接了一下，显示JTAG链正常。

问题：在no boot模式下复位状态信号RESETSTAT也已经拉高, sysclkout稳定输出16.6MHZ core0不能连接，其他核可以连接，core只要连接出现一下问题

erro connecting to the target:

(error -1180 @0x0)

Device is held in reset. take the device out of reset, and retry the operation.

1 两个DSP都有这个问题吗？是这个板子有问题还是所有板子都有问题

2 DSP型号和版本号，比如6678 PG1.0？

3 加载的时候有没有LOAD GEL 文件，若有GEL文件中对CORE的PLL配置是否遵循正确的PLL 配置顺序，否则有可能会造成CORE PAC锁死

It has been observed that on a few devices, the CorePacs lock up after reprogramming
of the Core PLL. It has been identified that the incorrect PLL programming sequence
was causing the CorePacs to lock up.
