OMAP138的demo板有没有现成的nandwrite.out和uboot

我们仿照官方的demo原理图画了一块一模一样的板子，现在出现的问题是烧写不进去程序，开始以为是电路问题，现在发现好多东西都不明白。想找一下有没有现成的ubl-nandwrite.out 文件，以及编译好的uboot，我的板子完全按demo画的，aisgen软件不知道如何配置里面的各种参数，有没有相关资料说明，或者有没有demo板的配置。急！！！
