我理解B帧主要就是要提高压缩率的，所以这个配置应该跟你的想要达到的压缩率相关。
另，HP的码流不一定都有B帧。
看很多视频序列中都是配置为3，如果配置过大会有问题吗？

我觉得有B帧的码流，解码起来比较复杂，会增加解码的难度（资源）。
