AM3358 在TI的AM3358 EVM板上的SPI 的工作频率有限制：

1. 在TI的AM3358 EVM板上工作频率只能到24MHz. 这个是由于EVM板上 用CPLD 引出的引脚太多了，有干扰，所以SPI只能工作在24MHz.

2. AM3358 本身是可以稳定工作在48MHz的。遵循标准的SPI layout原则就可以实现这一点。
