DM8168偶然启动不了的问题

自己做的DM8168板，

板子一般正常开机后，在超级终端上打印字符要等7秒左右，其它板子一般开机就能打印字符，

有时这块板子完全不打印出信息，整个板子完全不工作。

这块板子有时能启动，有时不能启动，启动后工作完全正常，我想了2个星期实在不知道原因。望各位朋友指点。
