ccs6 无法打开ndk例程自带的.tcf文件，也不能创建.tcf文件。
自己建BIOS工程可以吗？
定位一下是CCS安装问题还是NDK例程的问题
不行，在创建BIOS工程的时候，就会显示打开XX.tcf文件错误。
用CCS5.4试了下，也是同样的问题。
