问题1：SDK07.00触摸屏按下(pen_down)后，松开弹起(pen_up)时光标会漂（即弹起时坐标偏了，可打印出每次坐标做比较），ti-processor-sdk03.01也有这个问题；
问题2：SDK07.00触摸屏驱动源码的中断函数使用了udelay(SEQ_SETTLE)延迟函数导致严重吃cpu（最高时占用cpu到达20%）。
