总是出现connect to prsc failed。求知道这可能的原因。
NO BOOT是否可以链接仿真器成功，ccs测试建议使用no boot。
no boot可以连接，我是想看一下寄存器的值，了解emif boot是否完成，或者定位错误，但是现在设为emif boot上电后就不能链接CCS。
