1. 请检查PSC模块里面VPSS模块的状态。请参考ARM subsystem guide的相关章节。

VPSS的module ID是47，MDSTAT[47]的地址是0x01C41000+0x800+47×4=0x01C418BC

2. VPBE Clock Control寄存器，请参考VPFE user guide。
