由于之前在想重新烧写下U-BOOT，在TFTP时把地址写错了，现在板子不能启动了，开启时串口也没有打印，现在我该怎么办？

请问你的EVM板的版本是哪个？ 可以尝试做SD卡启动来修复EVM，可以通过运行DVSDK4/bin/mksdboot.sh来做一张SD卡启动，然后修复EVM板子上的软件（注意要用EVM正面的那个SD卡槽）
