我在做PAL的编码时，出现以下现象：

两块相同的板子，IPNC5的开发包里面有两个编译好的ubl，一个是486-360，一个是432-340。其中一个板子用486-360帧率从25变成33，用432-340正常；另一个用432-340帧率从25变成30，用486-360正常。

想请教一下专家，这是怎么回事？
