总出现reeor(lerror)＝1的错误，其他速率比较低时，程序是可以正常运行的。求指导！！
请对照响应芯片的errata user guide，hyperlink每条lane最高只能工作在10Gbps，所以受限于serdes 12.5肯定是不行，至于10Gbps，建议量一下serdes眼图信号，对照serdes guide中hyperlink layout设计要求，要完全满足，否则可能在高速率时会有问题。
