datasheet以及PLL用户指南里均给出了PLL的结构，包括一个PLL MUX 以及一个PLL 控制器。
我想请问一下，芯片在运行的时候能否通过对 PLLM PLLD进行赋值来改变芯片工作频率？（因为PLL用户指南内只提到如何更改PLL控制器后端N路PLL输出的频率）
当然可以。请根据手册的PLL时序要求进行配置，可以参考gel文件中的PLL配置。
