用AD10打不开。提示不能识别。

是的，我们多数的原理图PCB都使用的是cadence
请问是cadence 的哪个版本的？
用Altium也可以打开，只要版本高一点，功能全一点皆可以，我就打开了！见下图：
正在用Version 13 的表示很无奈。
cadence 16.3或者16.6就可以
最终证明TI公司给出的评估板电路以及PCB 通过eagle 是可以打开的。
打开界面如图所示，并且可以通过自带的工具，生成支持AD打开的文件格式。
