sysbios some problem

Dear,

I learn sysbios at present.

now I met some problem in Outline window as follows:

I click right on Log in Outline,but the"help" menu is always "gray",not active.

but some others "help" menu in Hwi is active.

I do not know what causes this problem,could you give me some suggestion?

ccs version: ccs6.0,XDCtools:3.30.1.25_core sysbios:  6.40.1.15,
