请问你是否有正确安装Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)？注意是x86，不是x64，无论使用是否是64位系统。

谢谢你的回答，现在已经知道出现上述问题是系统的问题了；
因为工作环境问题，还需要在xp系统上安装DCC，在输入IP后，在按下截图按钮 Save RAW From Camera 时输出下面的信息：
