想请教一下专家：我用IPNC5.0的软件做1080p30的编码，然后把编码后的数据通过网口传输到PC，利用VLC解码，发现有大约400ms的延时，有什么办法可以减少这个延时或者可以从哪些方面减少这个延时？

缓冲改成150，再减小视频就一卡一卡的。
另外，您说的测试环境具体是指？
你的前端是通过sensor进行采集的吗？还是通过芯片解码后采集的？
前端有个转换芯片，转换成YUV422的数据送给368。
