关于DM368编码延时的问题

我在使用DM368进行1080p30高清编码时，测试从镜头采集到电脑解码播放的时间延时，压缩视频发送使用IPNC自带RTSP发送程序，VLC网络缓存设置为200ms，测试结果为500ms。我在官方网站上看到这个指标可以做到140ms,且网络缓存400ms，也是使用RTSP。请问我应该朝什么方向努力，才能使延时达到200ms以内？
