我用的板子上，C6455的EMAC没有接PHY，直接连接的以太网交换芯片，该芯片自带有PHY，而且以太网交换芯片是通过其他芯片进行配置的。这种状况下，DSP的EMAC这边还需要单独配置PHY吗？
要看这个PHY上电默认是否能正常工作
