AM437X 平台TPS65218后备电池供电问题

各位TI工程师：
我们参考 TI 官方的开发板 AM437x-gp-evm，做了一块AM437X板，其中加了RTC后备纽扣电池，输入到 电源管理芯片TPS65218 的CC管脚。
板子不接任何电源，电池座接上纽扣电池之后，TPS65218 的 CC 脚万用表测量到有 3.3V 的输入，那么在 L5，L6 管脚应该分别有 1.0V 和 1.8V 的输出，但实际却没有输出，
板子接5V电源的时候，1.0V和1.8V 输出正常。RTC时钟功能也能正常运行

这部分原理图完全参考开发板，

请问下这是什么原因？
