AM3352更换nandflash之后flash无法写入了

AM3352  配套nandflash一直使用的是三星的，由于最近三星缺货很严重，我们改成海力士的了，新焊接的海力士的NAND flash怎么都写入不了

( 之前使用三星的型号是K9F2G08UXA， 海力士的型号是H27U2G8F2C)

写入不了主要的问题是读到的NAND flash的ID值是0，而不是spec中的值.

请问下，这个怎么处理啊 ？
