AM335x Starter Kit (EVM-SK) nand flash烧写

我在TI官网买了一套AM335x Starter Kit (EVM-SK) 开发板，默认是从sd卡启动，遇到两个问题：

1 现在需要从nand flash启动，请问下如何进行flash烧写（官方manul说evm-sk开发板不支持从nand flash启动）？

2 该开发板调试串口是哪个，如何与PC链接？

希望有知道的尽快帮忙解决，谢谢！！！
