8148无法输出boot logo到VGA

各位大神：

8148 + DVRRDK 4.1.0.2

打算实现开机logo输出到LCD上，目前已经调通了colorbar，能正常显示

但是logo on输出的画面是混乱的，bmp图像是24位的，请教如何解决这个问题，谢谢！

 

操作如下：

tftp 0x81000000 logo.bmp

logo on 0x81000000 0xB0000000 0xBFDD0000 30 60

LCD显示的图像为：
