利用C66x_h264hpvenc_01_00_03_00_ELF开发包进行H264解码，技术手册上给出的性能指标如下：

对于fullHD，1920x1088分辨率，在四个cores上跑，平均需要789M个cycles，1GHz的频率，换算到逐帧的速率才1.3fps，这样的速度也实在太慢了。不知道是不是我理解有误，求指点！！！
