你好！CMD_STATUS[LTSSM_EN] =0之后设置寄存器PL_GEN2 的DIR_SPD为1后，实际上读出PL_GEN2 一直是0x0000020F这个值，DIR_SPD这个位写不进去，为什么，请问要怎么设置这个寄存器？
