L2一段内存会挂在descriptor里, 发给BCP处理,
同时需要DMA搬到DDR里, 备份起来.
DMA和BCP是同时访问这块内存, 还是一个一个外设串行访问?
可以同时触发访问，总线管理单元会根据优先级进行排队交替响应数据的访问。
