目前公司在做小型化产品，存储器想选用RAM与FLASH合一的芯片，目前发现S71VS128RC0这颗芯片符合需求，但是该芯片的地址总线的低16位与数据总线是复用的，如果使用EMIFA接口进行驱动的话是否能够适配？如果能适配应如何连接？
AM3358的GPMC支持这种复用的方式。
L138不支持这种。
你说的这个flash是NOR 还是NAND？我见有NAND+DDR合一的芯片。
这个芯片是NOR FLASH+pSRAM的形式。
