DSP 启动后 ，RESETSTAT引脚和BootComplete 引脚一至为低电平,仿真器连接DSP时出现connect to PRSC failed,
已经按时序将RESET 和 RESETFULL拉高。

那说明硬件有问题，检查上电时序，与复位时序，时钟等。
现在 复位完成后 RESETSTAT已经拉高，但是
仿真器还是连不上？
