我想知道AM335X芯片 各个功能管脚的内部硬件结构信息，请问如何查询？

比如C5管脚的是EXT_WAKEUP，说是INPUT功能，那么我如果不用 是要接上拉？上拉电阻为多少？下拉？下拉电阻为多少？还是悬空？

亦或是其他IO管脚，如果配置成内部上拉 或 外部上拉。那么内部或外部上拉下拉电阻是多少？等等
