c6747程序，写了一个1us的定时器，点击resume按钮开始，有的时候不能进入定时器，需要点击暂停，然后reset 和restart定时器才能正常工作，少数情况下才会在debug界面，直接点击resume按钮定时器正常工作。
用CCS来调试，RTC在后台走，不太好控制
你可以在中断里拉GPIO，然后通过示波器来观察。让程序全速跑起来
我是通过进入定时器计数来观察的，定在10us的情况下，有时候直接debug，点击运行计数的数值没有变化，并且定在1us时候用示波器测引脚有很多翻转周期变为2us
