C6748用SYSBIOS系统，用XDS的debug模式测试正常，如何烧写到Flash

之前我用的StarterWare，然后用AISgen生成.bin文件，在CCS用NandWriter写入Flash的方法测试成功。

现在我用sysbios系统，用同样的步骤，也显示写入成功了，但是系统一直没有跑起来

请问

1. 直接用StarterWare测试可用的方法可行吗？

2. 需要什么其他步骤？

我AISgen用的是V1.13，CCS用的是v6，emulator用的是XDS100V3
