SRIO协议规定transmitter和receiver了两种流量控制方式，6678支持的是哪一种，在文档中都没找到，从与FPGA通信的实测中感觉是receiver方式，还是通过寄存器可以设置，求解答。
文档中有写明，如果SRIO DSP>>>> FPGA， FPGA通知SRIO 进行流控，应该是发送侧调整流控方式
