dm8148 i2c Connection timed out

hi all:

   我使用8148，最近使用i2c控制数字电位器，我在没有load.sh之前操作没有问题，当我load各个核后，就会出现不能操作i2c设备 omap_i2c omap_i2c.1: controller timed out的情况。我不是在dvr_rdk中操作的，我是单独操作的，请问load会将所有i2c总线上的设备暂用或加锁吗？
