5509A 在线仿真时能通过SYSR对CLKOUT输出时钟分频，但烧写到flash后，通过flash引导，虽然程序能运行，但CLKOUT引脚始终是CPU时钟，SYSR分频值无效，好像DSP屏蔽了SYSR寄存器，请问是怎么回事
请问对SYSR的配置是在GEL文件中还是main主程序中? 如果在GEL文件中, 烧写到flash时, 需要将初始化设置移到代码中.
配置时钟通常有一定的次序和流程的，参照配置其他时钟的例子来进行配置
