ccs安装有问题吧，你是装的ccs具体什么版本，装在哪个目录，或者把ccs重启试试。
CCS安装的是6.1.3，目录为D:\ti，CCS重启不管用，同样的安装方法，同样的安装包，有的机子可以有的就会出现问题中的现象
