出现out.文件没有建立，以及每个函数的obj都没有，网上的教程弄了，还是不行，之前新建工程也是这样，所以就在流水灯的程序改，写流水灯的程序没有问题，但是改成定时器就这样了，头文件都添加了，还是不行，网上说要导入.c文件，但要导入什么呢？求助谢谢
