同时支持flash启动和uart启动的问题

目前有一个应用场景，在一般情况下通过flash启动加载ais运行，但是特殊条件下需要通过uart启动进行一些特殊操作。因为条件所限所有boot pin都是固化好设置的。

请问L138的启动模式只能通过boot pin来设置么？能否通过其它方式不改变boot pin的前提下改变启动模式？

如果RBL不能实现上述功能，通过UBL实现的话，能否利用RBL中的某些功能？
