使用tvp5146可以正常显示pal视频标准的摄像头数据
但是使用ntsc标准的摄像头，视频采集出现错帧现象，这是怎么回事？
看tvp5146的驱动程序，程序里面有检测摄像头标准，应该是可以正常支持ntsc标准才对

在NTSC输入的情况下，先读一下TVP5146的寄存器，看是否同步成功？
