之前dm368的DDR和Flash的选型分别是MT47H64M16HR-3-IT K9F2G08U0B，现在想更换DDR和Flash的型号分别为EM68C16CWQG-25IH W29N02GVSI，硬件上是pin2pin的，想咨询下368是否支持这样的型号？软件上要怎样去修改？之前有看到368 flash选型有关于nand flash id的设置，flash的选型时一定要在他给的id list里面去选吗？谢谢！！！

对于DDR，你可以在DM368的数据手册里面找到下面的内容，所以符合JESD79D-2A的DDR2，DM36x都是可以支持的。
It supports JESD79D-2A standard compliant DDR2 SDRAM devices and compliant Mobile DDR SDRAM devices.
对于nand，如果你需要支持nand启动，请参考arm subsystem guide里面的关于启动的相关章节里面的nand list，选择在这个列表里面的nand。
