硬件第一版：（RMII2引脚）调试通过，可以正常使用
硬件第二版： 不通 （原理图中，引脚是黑色字体RMII2）
其中： 10h寄存器值805有问题
uboot中往外ping，抓包工具是可以收到ARP数据，回复后uboot收不到，以为PHY只能发不能收

是同一个phy，但第二版修改硬件后有问题么？
如果是，我建议到PHY的论坛接口/时钟去问问。
是接的AM3352么？建议查一下是不是有些电容电阻焊错了。
