6713烧写问题

最近烧写6713发现大程序烧写无法启动：

1.烧写测试代码（.bin文件大概15K），断电可以启动

2.烧写我的工程代码（.bin文件150k），断电无法启动，在线查看内存映射：1)Flash烧写正常;2)Ram空间偶尔能正确，但是始终无法运行！
