由于特殊需求，产品把原来 24M的时钟改为26M，sysboot[15:14]也配置为11b，系统也能启动，在读取gpmc_l3_clk时钟时，结果是108.3M， 现在不确定是否还需要修改源码其他地方？linux版本是4.1.18
如果一定要修改晶振
需要在UBOOT里头把各路PLL都改了。建议不要改晶振频率，影响太大
