DM8168的GMAC为3.3V，器件资料明确说了不兼容2.5V PHY。
参见器件资料P221。
好悬，差点弄错了，坑啊！！
建议是用3.3v的最保险。2.5vPHY的话，要看用的什么样的PHY，有的2.5V PHY如果Voh_min < 2V也是可以用的，DM8168的vih<2v。
