请教一下，以前720x576分辨率，通过TVP5150解码给视频前端，设置的时钟频率是27MHZ，现在是384x288，通过FPGA处理给视频前端，设置的视频频率是12.7MHZ，但是采集不到视频，代码工程里在哪设置时钟频率的？使用的是外部信号同步，是否不需要设置时钟频率？
