IPNCRDK包里有的，找一下ImageTuningTool_V3.00.01.00文件夹里DCCSetup_Lite.exe安装文件。

因为IPNCRDK包是要签NDA的，麻烦联系您当地的TI销售或者代理商获取DCC工具。
