RS232的TX数据线在空闲时为高电平，数据起始位为从高到低。

DM365的E2引脚默认IPD。当该引脚被配置UART0_TXD时，DM365是如何保证该引脚在空闲时为高电平的？需不需要在外面接上拉电阻？谢谢。
